LEASING REQUIREMENTS
Please be prepared to pay a non-refundable $45 application fee, upon submission. In addition to applying, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
Qualified applicants must meet these requirements:
- One year of rental history must be provided, which will subsequently be verified by our team. Family/friend rental references will NOT be considered.
- Verifiable income must equal or exceed at least three (3) times the monthly rental amount.
- Verifiable source of income, via submission of pay stubs or offer letter from local employment.
- Experian credit score of 575 or higher. This is a soft credit check, also known as a soft inquiry, and doesn't affect your credit score.
- Pet friendly properties with the following dog breed restrictions: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf Hybrid and any mixture of these listed breeds
